  • What payment methods do you accept?

    When purchasing products or gift cards from our site, payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • When will my item ship?

    Due to the curing process of resin and the handmade nature of our items, most orders generally ship within 4-7 business days unless otherwise stated. However, during our busy season items may take up to two weeks to ship out.

  • I would like to discuss a custom order, how do I go about this?

    Click the “Custom Order” button at the top of our website. You can fill out a form and we will get back with you as soon as possible to discuss your custom order!

  • I missed a sale, can I still have the sale price?

    We do not offer price matches on our items and only run limited time sales.

  • I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

    Please contact us immediately after ordering. Changes made to an order that has already been made will not be possible. Any customized items (this includes listings with “custom” in the title) are not returnable. Please take extra care to review you order before submitting.

  • I just checked out and realized my address is wrong! What do I do?

    Contact us immediately! If your order hasn’t shipped, we will change the shipping address to the new address provided. If your order has already shipped you will be required to pay a redirect fee in order for us to change the destination. Unfortunately, if the order has already been delivered, we can not redirect the package. We will not be held responsible for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in Howell, Michigan and this is also where all items ship from!

  • I never received my package, what do I do?

    Often times packages that appear lost are just delayed. However, if you are concerned please contact us and we will file a missing package report with USPS.

  • My package says "Return to Sender", what does that mean?

    Most likely, the provided shipping address for the order is insufficient or an address forward has expired. Please contact us if the tracking shows the package is being returned. Once we receive the package, we will contact you to determine where to resend the package. You will be required to purchase shipping from us before we resend the package. We strongly recommend that you verify the shipping address before completing checkout.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    We do not allow pick-ups. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
