Return Policy

Here at TwoPartTreasures, we want you to have the best experience possible when you shop on our Site. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your item(s), the following criteria must be met:

  • Contact us BEFORE you attempt to make any form of return. Provide us with your order number, mention which item(s) you would like to return, and provide a small description as to why you are returning it. A refund will not be issued if we receive packages without warning.

  • Items must be in a new, unused and untampered condition, and returned in their original packaging. Returned items not in new conditions will NOT be refunded.

  • Jewelry, Hair Accessories, and Custom/Personalized items are considered “final sale” and are not returnable.

  • The package containing your item(s) must be postmarked for return within 14 days of order delivery. Returns postmarked after 14 days of order delivery will be limited to “store credit” only (see below for details). No returns will be allowed after 30 days of order delivery.

  • Upon receiving the return, we will evaluate the condition of the item(s). Once the item(s) are confirmed to meet the requirements stated above, we will issue the refund.

Things to Note

  • You are responsible for the costs to ship your return back to TwoPartTreasures.

  • When shipping your return package, you may use the shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining the tracking number and insuring the package for the value of the item(s) being returned. We will not be held responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.

  • The refund will consist of the cost of the item(s) only, (not including shipping/handling or gift wrapping) and will be made in the form of payment used on the order. Store credit will be received in the form of a discount code that will be sent to the email on the order.

  • No refund will be made for the cost difference of an item(s) purchased before or after a sale.

  • We do our best to package your orders safe and securely for shipping, however, it is possible for items to get damaged in transit to you. If this is the case, please contact us and provide proof of the damage, and we will work with you on resolving the issue.
